Eef obtained her PhD in Sciences from KU Leuven University, Belgium in 1997. She has more than 15 years of drug development experience within the pharmaceutical industry mainly as non-clinical and clinical PK and pharmacology scientist and as PM leader on clinical development programs. She has 2 years of experience as chief scientific officer in a small-sized enterprise in charge of overseeing bioanalytical services, coaching of young scientists, scientific writing and quality activities and bringing added value to clients and projects by applying expertise in pharmacology, PK and PM. Eef has experience with working in a good laboratory practice, good clinical laboratory practice (GCLP) and GCP environment and contributed to several registration dossiers for new drug applications. Since June 2019, Eef is owner of eScienceQPS B.V. offering scientific consulting and support services in PK and PM, scientific writing and coaching and teaching activities.
My passion in life:
My son, Mathis, and growing up with him …
I really like spinning, MTB and cycle racing, hiking in the woods, playing guitar and
listening to music. Thankful too for being blessed with good friends and family.
A little known fact about myself:
I climbed the Mont-Ventoux and participated in climbing for life Galibier (2013), Les 2 Alpes and l’Alpe d’Huez (2016) and Vogezen (2018) events that benefitted patients with asthma and mucovisidose or diabetes.
